Card processing is Stripe's own fee at Stripe's rate, billed to you by Stripe. We don't add to it and we don't take a cut.

Captions run through the call, so afterwards you generate a recap from the transcript and the notes you took, rather than a blank page.

Nothing is taken away from you.
Most trials end with a wall. This one ends with a smaller plan. Your account, your clients and everything you have recorded stay exactly where they are — the free tier limits what you can add next, not what you already have.
And you can export all of it from Settings, at any time, without asking us. That works on the free plan too.

Taking money
We are not in your money.
When a client pays you, the charge is created on your own Stripe account. Stripe bills you its processing fee directly, at its own rate. We do not add to it and we do not take a cut — our revenue is the subscription above, and that is all of it.
Before you ask procurement
What we are not, said here rather than found later.
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is scoped per practice so one practice can never read another’s records, two-factor sign-in uses an authenticator app, and there is an access log. You can export everything you have put in, at any time, including on the free plan.
We are not SOC 2 audited and we do not offer a BAA. If either is a requirement for you, we are not the right fit yet, and we would rather say so on this page than let you discover it three calls in.

What happens when the 14 days are up?
You move to the free tier and keep your account. It holds up to 3 active clients and 10 AI summaries a month, and nothing you have already put in is taken away or held back. It is a floor, not a countdown — you can sit on it indefinitely.
Do you take a percentage of what I earn?
No. You keep what you charge. Payments from your clients are charged on your own Stripe account, so Stripe bills you its processing fee directly at its own rate — we do not add to it and we do not take a cut.
How hard is it to bring my existing clients across?
Export a CSV from wherever they live now and drop it in. The columns are read and matched for you, anything uncertain is flagged rather than guessed, the layout is remembered for next time, and a whole import can be undone for 72 hours.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Point your domain at your practice and we verify it and issue the certificate, so your booking pages, client portal and sessions are served from your address under your logo. That is the apex domain; www is pointed at us separately.
Can I add my assistant or a second coach?
There is one plan and it is not priced per seat. Additional people in your workspace are not separately billed today, and there is no seat-priced tier to upgrade to.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep the period you have already paid for and you are not charged again. After that you land on the same free tier, with your data intact, and you can export everything from Settings at any time — including on the free plan.
