Converting Your Guest Account

Follow these simple steps to convert your guest account to a full client account

Click the Conversion Prompt

After attending sessions as a guest, you'll see prompts throughout the platform encouraging you to create an account. Look for:

  • Banner notifications in your sidebar
  • Conversion modals highlighting new features
  • Post-session conversion suggestions

Click "Create My Account" on any of these prompts to begin.

Enter Your Information

On the conversion page, you'll need to provide:

Email Address

Use the same email you used for your guest sessions (pre-filled)

Password

Choose a secure password (at least 8 characters)

Full Name

Your first and last name for your profile

Verify Your Email

After submitting your information:

  1. Check your email inbox for a verification message
  2. Click the verification link in the email
  3. You'll be redirected back to TalentCafe

Note: The verification link expires in 24 hours. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder.

Complete Your Profile

After verification, you'll be taken through a welcome tour showing you:

  • Your session history (all past sessions are automatically linked)
  • How to set and track goals
  • Where to find your development plans
  • How to message your coaches

You can skip this tour and explore on your own, or replay it anytime from the help menu.

Congratulations! You now have full access to all TalentCafe features. Start exploring your dashboard, setting goals, and taking your coaching journey to the next level.
